He has extensive clinical experience in chiropractic medicine, multidisciplinary pain management, oriental medicine techniques, and natural medicine. He Certified Independent Medical Examiner (NYSWCB), a Fellow of the American Board of Forensic Examiners and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Medicine. He has performed thousands of clinical evaluations on behalf of patients and insurance carriers alike. He has also performed peer reviews on many cases on behalf of colleagues and for third parties, in addition to second opinion examinations. He is often consulted by his colleagues for clinical advice on patient care and performs case management services.

 

 

Medical case management is a collaborative process that facilitates recommended treatment plans to assure the appropriate medical care is provided to all injured individuals. Case management requires the evaluation of a medical condition, care assessment, including personal interview with the injured individual, assistance in developing, implementing and coordinating a medical care plan with healthcare providers, as well as the his/her family, evaluation of treatment results, coordinating medical resources, communicated healthcare needs to the individual, monitors an individual’s progress and promotes cost-effective care, and patient advocacy. This allows the medical practice who is treating the injured individual to focus on medical care which is clearly what they do best.
