Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept most forms of payment including major credit cards. Package plans are available. Special discounts for Holy Cross Hospital employees are available.
Appointment Scheduling

For all other services offered at the Feldman Center please feel free to call 954-229-7908.
Directions To Our Offices
Please go to the main Holy Cross Hospital entrance. The Feldman Center program is located within the Wellness Pavilion. Please ask the the main entrance desk attendant to show you where the Wellness Pavilion is located.
Patient check-in is performed at the desk in the Wellness Pavilion health club. Inform the Wellness Center desk attendant that you are there for your acupuncture appointment. Following check-in you will be instructed to go to the second floor where the Preventive Care Suites are located.
Lecture Series Reservations
Please call 954-351-7804 to make reservations for the Mind, Body & Medicine Lecture Series.
Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations are requested 24 hours prior whenever possible. Please call 888-840-HEAL (4325)

Preparing For Your First Visit
Please print out the patient forms above and take your time filling them out. Be as descriptive and detailed as possible. If you are uncertain which forms apply to you, please call 888-840-4325 for clarification.
Treatment Expectations
If you have several health conditions, please list them in the order of importance. Please be realistic concerning treatment. It make take several treatment sessions to feel a change. Please create a treatment result diary to note daily changes in how you feel.
